3 YEARS WARRANTY

Romano nx branded products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product. This carry-in warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions and for the purpose in which the product was designed.

Each product covered under Warranty carries a specific Warranty coverage depending on the material and type of product.  

• Romano nx Warranty covers all manufacturing defects on zippers, runners, buckles & stitching issues caused by workmanship errors.
• Warranty does not cover natural wear & tear, usage under extreme conditions, damage due to improper care (accident, misuse or negligence) and damage caused by acts of god such as floods, fires or earthquakes. 

To avail the Romano nx Warranty, Just mail us your order id at warranty@romanonx.com our courier partner will collect product from you. This service is free for all our customers.  

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY VALID ON MY PRODUCT?

All products carry 3 year warranty from date of purchase.

WHAT DOES "LIMITED LIFETIME" MEAN?

We build our products to last over extended periods of use, but well used gear always goes through wear and tear. Fabric may deteriorate and colours may fade over time. Limited Lifetime means we will cover your product under our warranty policy until we are convinced that it is worn beyond reasonable repair.

If the product is showing signs of heavier-than-regular use – for example if the material is thin or faded, there are multiple tears or fraying edges, the zippers have stopped working, cuffs are fraying, or soles are well worn—we will take this into consideration when considering your product for a warranty request.

WILL MY PRODUCT BY ROMANO NX BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED?

If your warranted product fails due to a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship, our first option will be to repair the item, free of charge. If the product is not repairable, or if the cost of repair is higher than the cost of a new one, we may, at our discretion, choose to replace the product. 

HOW LONG DOES THE REPAIR PROCESS TAKE?

Please allow 15 working days for Service completion, from the date of product reaching us. For an update on the repair status of your product please contact: warranty@romanonx.com with your Order id. 

MY WARRANTY IS EXPIRED. CAN I STILL GET MY PRODUCT REPAIRED?

Out of warranty claim repairs are possible for an additional charge. The charge depends on the extent of repair and the time taken for it.
